A busy time, so just a few more lads.

Haroun, belonged to a friend who can no longer care for him.
Right is Yves, by Shelly Baxter.

                                                       Freddie.

Gruffydd (pronounce as the English Griffith)

Brishan, the gypsy boy,  by Kelly Wenarsky.

Jeffrey is one of twin Pyjama Boys, but his brother Matthew seems to be in
                                                     hiding! I can't find him.

Sorry that this post is brief. The unreal realms of non-doll life have interfered in blogging about, sewing for and - perhaps more fortunately - looking at dolls as potential purchases!

  1. Another bunch of handsome lads Jenni. Nice to see that most managed to get a brief visit outside to enjoy a little fresh air and some weak sunlight!
Looking forward to seeing the next batch when you have time :)xx

  2. Really enjoyed meeting a few more of your 'very interesting and individual' lads. Love how each of their characters shows/shines through via their facial expressions and clothing. (Freddie is my very favourite here.)
How lovely of you to take Haroun under your wing since his mother is no longer able to take care of him, though rather naughty of Jeffrey's twin brother to go into hiding when needed for the photoshoot.

Glancing over at my gang it rather looks like I have far too many similar Frido/Trendon brunette haired/brown eyed boys (my favourites!) ...with a few German and English blondes tucked in amongst them...plus one small Frido red head who, one could say, rather stands out from 'the maddening crowd.'

    1. Freddie is names after Shelly's husband Fred and my grandfather, Kendall. I already had a Gregor so, though that was the name the Gotz company gave these particular, later boys, he had to have a name change. aroun is a sweetie I wish his Mum had not decided to return to north Africa, though he is very welcome to live here. As for Matthew, Jeffrey's twin, I am wondering what has happened to him, he seems to have anished.
I'd love to see your boys together, sometime. I don't remember your readhead. Like you, I love the dark haired boys the most - but don't tell my little button nose, Bertie as he is sure he is my special boy. (and he is!)

    2. Oh dear - I must stop rushing the typing! I make so many errors. I'm sorry Kendal, particularly about mis-spelling your name.

  3. Another cute bunch of lads Jenni, a handsome bunch at that. I like your Freddie with his longer hair and how you've dressed them all, so boyish and like real lads :)
One day I will share my boys although there aren't many of them....but they need their clothes changed first. One of them has been wearing the same outfit since I came back from Dee's Chat n Snap in 2014!!!!!

  4. That's only 18 months, Sharon and boys would happily wear the same, favourite outfits for years!
The secret of my boys clothes is sharing - I think I have enough outfits for two thirds of them at any one time, the rest play at being savages and rush around the house in underwear only. Must do something about that but it has become a problem since Ellie left me over a dozen more laddies to clothe!
I love the later Gotz boys. They have great hair, though Freddie was like a light coloured chimney sweep's brush when he first arrived.

  5. A wonderful post and I so enjoyed seeing some of your handsome lads. Each boy is very wonderful and it is hard to pick a favorite but, for me, it would be Yves. I love Shelly's eye paintings and he reminds me a bit of my black repainted boy by Shelly who is named Ebo. Thank you for sharing your nicely dressed boys. :) xxx

  6. Hi Ginger
Shelly's dolls are all special, aren't they? I have been very lucky to have a few come to live with me. I would love to see Ebo.
